This is just a quickie post to say that I can’t believe I’m nearly finished!
I feel strong — especially in my core and in my quads. Which is amazing since I began this challenge with a very weak core. But you simply can’t get through nearly 30 consecutive days of yoga without a strong centre.
So, yeah, I’m happy about the changes I’ve seen in my body.
